Our journey
Our journey spans over 30 years of research and development, led by a team of experts passionate about creating sustainable, high-performance products.
Howie Damron, our inventor, from the time he was a teenager, was looking to make stronger sharper knives. Rather than take the traditional path that most would take, he looked to see if he could achieve his goal by using what nature had already provided us vs toxic chemicals.
This was the start of Howie’s lifelong mission to unlock the molecular secrets of metal. And through his journey, he learned how to transmute the metal. He created new molecular alignments that nearly eliminated friction and metals that have tested stronger than ever. And he was able to do it just using plants!
Duravi was born out of Howie’s incredible inventions. A truly revolutionary company looking to transform how we think about friction, sustainability, corrosion prevention and so many other aspects of our world that we take for granted as a necessary evil. In fact, Duravi addresses over $10 trillion in global losses per year.
Change can be scary. But it can also elevate our soul and lead to a better world. We are on the start of an amazingly important journey. We hope you will join us for the ride.
